.... oh blog, how I've neglected you. Busy, busy, busy with getting to know and snuggle my new grand baby Rosa and putting together a baby shower for her. Everything went off without a hitch, it was a lovely afternoon in the backyard sun with pink all over the place, as you can somewhat see from above. Really have to say that becoming a grandma [nana] is quite the wonderful new experience. Creative-wise things are a brewing in the old noggin and I'm looking forward to some quiet time in the studio.

Love the festive pink! You remind me to get a bunch of balloons and crepe paper for my two youngest granddaughters' birthdays coming up later this month.
The little one will be a year the 24th and the other will turn 5 on the 30th...so we are doing them together this time.
I am planning to make crowns for them, too.
The role of grandmother(mimi) is just too much fun!
